About Me

Welcome to my portfolio! I’m a passionate Computer Science major at the University of Texas at Dallas, honing my skills in programming and problem-solving. I have expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C++, and Python, and I use these to build innovative projects and solutions. Along with academics, I teach coding at iCode, where I guide students in exploring the exciting world of technology.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active through workouts, playing basketball, and immersing myself in my interests in fashion, art, and cars. I also love spending time with my family, cooking, and exploring nature, which helps me stay grounded and inspired.

I aspire to become a software engineer or game developer, where I can apply my skills to create immersive experiences and contribute to cutting-edge technologies.

Education/Work Experience

Computer Science Instructor: Icode
October 2024-December 2024
As a Computer Science Instructor at iCode, I have the opportunity to inspire and guide students in learning the fundamentals of coding and technology. I focus on creating engaging and hands-on experiences to help students develop a solid foundation in programming and problem-solving. With a passion for education and technology, I strive to make coding accessible and fun for all ages, preparing students for future success in the tech world. In detail i teach Javascript, HTML, CSS, Python, and C++ to help students build websites, video games, and program drones!

Center Assistant: Kumon
Feburary 2024-October 2024
As a Center Assistant at Kumon, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting instructors. Acting as second in charge, I managed student progress, assisted with administrative tasks, and maintained communication with parents. I also took charge of managing and troubleshooting all center technology, ensuring smooth operations. My role required strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while creating a positive learning environment."

Headstarter AI: Software Engineer Fellow
July 2024-September 2024
I was honored to be accepted into Headstarter AI as a Software Engineer Fellow, where I had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. My responsibilities included developing innovative solutions, collaborating with a talented team, and refining my coding skills. I also played a key role in preparing and conducting interview processes for new fellows, helping shape the future of the program. This experience has significantly enhanced my technical and problem-solving abilities, and deepened my passion for working with cutting-edge technology.

Projects

Weather App
I created a dynamic Weather App that allows users to view live weather updates for any city. The app fetches real-time data from a weather API and displays it using a clean, user-friendly interface built with HTML and CSS. The app shows essential weather details, including temperature, humidity, and conditions, providing an intuitive way for users to check the weather of their chosen location.

Alien Invader Game
I created an exciting "Alien Invaders" game using Python, leveraging the Pygame library. The game features dynamic gameplay where players defend Earth from waves of alien invaders. I focused on designing intuitive controls, smooth animations, and a challenging difficulty curve, all while refining my programming skills in Python and game development. This project was a great way to apply my knowledge of object-oriented programming and game logic.

AI Learns Flappy Bird

Using algorithms like Neuroevolution of Augmenting Topologies (NEAT) or reinforcement learning, the AI agent learns to play the game by adapting its strategy through trial and error, improving over time. The game features dynamic difficulty scaling, ensuring the challenge grows as the AI gets better, creating an engaging spectacle of machine learning in action.
